Program length/facilitators
One day facilitated by a Novations trainer. A web-blended
program featuring two to three hours of e-learning (online
modules) and four to five classroom hours is also
available.
Licensing/trainer development
Program licensing is available. Trainer development is
supported by Novations’ Train-the-Trainer
certification process.
Learning methodologies
Lecture, exercises, role-plays, and peer and trainer
feedback.
