TalentDevelopment® enables participants to take control
of their own development in a way that is beneficial both
to themselves and the organization.

- Utilize 360-degree feedback to identify and leverage

Program length/facilitators
One day facilitated by a Novations trainer.
Licensing/trainer development
Program licensing is available. Trainer development is
supported by Novations’ Train-the-Trainer
certification process.
Learning methodologies
Self-assessments, workshop, interactive discussion,
exercises, case studies, peer and facilitator feedback, and
optional 360-degree feedback.
