Critical negotiation skills for on-the-job
application
Negotiation through Collaboration™ is designed to
help individuals learn what to do in virtually any
negotiation situation.
Designed to help professionals at all levels improve the
quality of interactions, this program’s modular
approach and blended learning design accelerate learning
for faster on-the-job application. Planning tools and
reinforcement mechanisms are offered to help the concepts
stay “alive” far beyond the initial
implementation.
Participants will learn to:
- Develop core negotiating and influencing skills
- Build relationships and generate creative solutions,
enhancing profitability and providing competitive
advantage
- Identify and communicate common objectives in order to
facilitate mutually beneficial outcomes
- Differentiate between strategic and technical
planning
Audience
Professionals at all levels who want to develop their
leadership abilities and increase their contribution.
Program length/facilitators
Customizable; one or (ideally) two full days, followed up
with half-day sessions, facilitated by a Novations trainer.
The two-day program features Introduction content plus your
choice of three Critical Negotiation Skill modules.
Learning methodologies
Facilitated classroom session with the flexibility of
utilizing pre-work, behavioral modeling, video and skill
practices. Optional follow-up reinforcement tools include
one-on-one and group coaching via telephone or internet.
