contributing at high levels, but individual belief systems,
organizational structures, and company culture often create
barriers to performance. Managing Inclusion™ helps
your executives and managers learn to make
“exceptional” performance the norm by removing
these barriers and engaging all employees in continuous
learning and improvement.
Participants will learn to:
- Identify barriers to high-level performance
- Use proven inclusion strategies to position their
employees to contribute at higher levels
- Assess what informs the choices that they make every
day about their teams’ capabilities
- Conduct a productive development discussion with
employees and create sufficiently challenging job
assignments

Executives, managers, and supervisors.
Program length/facilitators
One or two days facilitated by a Novations trainer.
Licensing/trainer development
Program licensing is available. Trainer development is
supported by Novations’ Train-the-Trainer
certification process.
Learning methodologies
Facilitated classroom session with discussion, role-plays,
and What to Do on Monday® exercises.
