You don’t have to be a “manager” to act like a leader
Novations Leadership Development Series™ helps organizations meet immediate and strategic goals by teaching leaders how to achieve “career best” performance from themselves and their team members. Designed for professionals across all career stages, this module-based program is highly customizable in length and content.

Participants will learn to:

  • Leverage their existing workforce by creating a capacity-building environment
  • Move away from ‘independent contributor’ behavior and status by becoming someone who contributes through others, regardless of title or reporting relationships
  • Utilize proven skills and strategies to achieve “career best” performance from themselves and others

Start with the introductory module, and then decide on the skill-building focus that’s best for you. Add the desired number of half-day modules to build your custom program.

1.0 Day Program = Introduction + One CMS Module
1.5 Day Program = Introduction + Two CMS Modules
2.0 Day Program = Introduction + Three CMS Modules (recommended)
2.5 Day Program = Introduction + Four CMS Modules
3.0 Day Program = Introduction + Five CMS Modules

Professionals across all career stages.

Program length/facilitators
Customizable; one to three days facilitated by a Novations trainer. We recommend a two-day program for maximum impact; additional modules can be added over time.

Licensing/trainer development
Program licensing available. Trainer development is supported by Novations’ Train-the-Trainer certification process.

Learning methodologies
Facilitated classroom session with the flexibility of optional pre-work, performance-centered learning, experiential learning, video and classroom exercises. Optional follow-up reinforcement tools and activities include one-on-one and group coaching by telephone or internet.
