Achieve collaboration, high performance, and
action
Working on a team of individuals with diverse
personalities, viewpoints, and work styles can be a major
challenge. Facilitating Results™ is a highly
interactive one-day workshop that helps meeting
facilitators develop the skills needed to efficiently guide
a team to action.
Participants will learn to:
- Encourage interactivity in meetings they conduct
- Understand group dynamics and manage group
conflict
- Reach consensus in problem-solving situations, whether
participating as a neutral or stakeholder facilitator
Applicable to a wide variety of team/group settings
(including internal and external meetings, project teams,
and planning sessions—virtual or face-to-face), these
skills are vital to leading teams to concrete action steps
and predictable outcomes.
Audience
Managers and subject matter experts (SMEs).
Program length/facilitators
One day facilitated by a Novations trainer.

Role-plays, practice exercises, discussions, optional video
recording, trainer coaching, and feedback.
