Embracing Inclusion™ is an easy-to-use online program
that helps participants help create an inclusive environment
helps all employees do their best work. The program can be
used as a stand-alone offering, in preparation for an
instructor-led class, or to reinforce your ongoing
inclusion efforts.
Flexible e-learning format
Featuring seven online learning modules, the format and
content are ideal for any individual contributor in an
organization, especially contractors/vendors and those who
have limited time for training, work remotely, are hearing
impaired, or for who English is not their first language.
Participants will learn to:
- Understand how being inclusive directly impacts an
organization’s competitive advantage
- Appreciate that the way we interact and support one
another affects how people feel about their company and
their jobs
- Identify what individual team members can do to help
create an inclusive environment

exercises, discovery questions, and skill practice.
