Efficacy
Success strategies for career mastery, mobility,
and momentum
Novations’ Efficacy program supports women and
professional of color—groups that have not
traditionally had a “seat at the table” in an
organization—in gaining the skills and strategies
needed to accelerate professional development. Efficacy for
Women™ and Efficacy for Professionals of Color™
help individuals achieve successful outcomes by building
and sustaining confidence and enhancing personal
effectiveness.

Participants will learn to:
- Enhance confidence and skills in the intellectual,
influential, and relational arenas

opportunities through continuous skill development

Program length/facilitators
The standard four-day Efficacy program is facilitated by
one Novations trainer in two two-day sessions scheduled one
month apart.
Licensing/trainer development
Program licensing is available. Trainer development is
supported by Novations’ Train-the-Trainer
certification process.
Learning methodologies
Facilitated classroom session with discussions,
self-reflection modules, role-plays, practice exercises,
and feedback.
