Effective Communicating
Our most popular training program
Effective Communicating™ is an intense comprehensive
learning experience designed for professionals who must
present ideas, information, or proposals formally or
informally to internal or external clients.
Held at client sites and public events, this engaging
program combines experiential presentation skills training
with highly effective DVD-recorded practice and feedback.
Participants will learn to:
- Create and organize messages that motivate
- Use their voices, eye contact, gestures, and movement
to maintain listener interest and demonstrate confidence
- Identify and eliminate the distracting behaviors that
can cause listeners to tune out
- Manage Q&A sessions successfully
Audience
Sales and marketing, project managers, business and
financial analysts, and HR professionals.
Program length/facilitators
Two days facilitated by two Novations trainers.
Licensing/trainer development
Program licensing is available. Trainer development is
supported by Novations’ Train-the-Trainer
certification process.
Learning methodologies
Practice exercises, eight DVD video recordings, three
private coaching sessions, and three in-room coaching
sessions.
