Contributing Through Others
Leveraging contribution
New responsibilities require new skills. Contributing
through Others™ is a customizable program that helps
emerging leaders learn the skills to successfully
transition from independent contributor status to
contribution through others.
Two-thirds of all new leaders never successfully make this
transition. That’s because they rely on their old
methods for getting things done. Contributing through
Others™ helps ensure success by preparing and
supporting your employees as they advance.
Participants will learn to:
- Build new competencies, broaden their influence, and
develop and inspire their teams
- Analyze how the organization will benefit by their
contribution through others
- Create a plan to develop and maintain good
relationships with influential contacts outside of the
organization
Audience
New leaders or managers who need to learn how to leverage
the contribution of others to achieve results.
Program length/facilitators
One day facilitated by a Novations trainer.
Licensing/trainer development
Program licensing is available. Trainer development is
supported by the Novations Train-the-Trainer process.
Learning methodologies
Lecture, exercises, role-plays, and peer and trainer
feedback.
